My struggle with depression began at an early age.
As a young adult, I was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder.
Many of my family and friends also struggle with similar
disorders, including another I have been dealing with, an eating
disorder.
I wrote this song, "Guardian
Angel" (MP3) for
a friend I discovered practicing bulimia but in the back of my mind,
this
was
just as much for everyone out there, including me.
